We have had a very busy month adding new products onto our web site, both additional products from existing suppliers like ASEC with a large range of electric strikes to Bell System Intercom spares; also we have added new suppliers including ACT Access Control and the C-TEC nurse call range.

One of the recent success stories in recent years in British Access Control is the development and growth of the Paxton brand of products. We are pleased to announce that the majority of the products from the Net2, Switch2 and compact ranges are now featured on this web site. Happy New Year.

We are planning on adding many new products to our web site in 2013, we have started off by adding over 20 new Acet Intercom Kits including the Series 2 & 5 Systems as well as more of the Easy Kits.

We have been adding to the range of Intruder Alarm products that are available to order direct from our web site including the revolutionary  LuMINI8 External Sounder.

Christmas/New Year Order/Delivery Dates 2012/13

Stock Items - Orders can be placed for Stock Items up until 5pm on Friday 21st December 2012. These will be dispatched and will arrive between the Christmas & New Year Public Holidays as per the Royal Mail/Interlink Express Delivery Dates. Subject to staffing levels we may dispatch up to 12pm on Monday 24th December on orders received after received after this time, but this is not guaranteed.

Non Stock Items & Pre Christmas Delivery - Orders can be placed up until 12pm on Wednesday 19th December 2012 for Pre Christmas Delivery. Non Stock Items may arrive with you between the Christmas and New Year Holidays as above.

Orders placed after 5pm on 21st December 2012 - These will be dispatched on 2nd January. We may process any orders we receive before this date however this is not guaranteed.

If you require an urgent part/lock between the Christmas and New Year Holidays please telephone (even if you use the online ordering) our office 01948 667600, which will give you the emergency number, call this and advise what you require. Please avoid the 25th/26th December and 1st January.

Please Note. While we keep many items in stock, our main suppliers are closed from Friday 21st December until 2nd January as such we can only dispatch what we hold in stock.

London Games 2012

As you may be aware restrictions have now started for certain post codes in respect of  the Olympic and Paralympic Games which run until 13th September. On certain days deliveries will be delayed by at least 24hrs and timed options will not be possible throughout the duration for some post codes.

If you want to know if your delivery will be effected then please do not hesitate to contact us, as it will depend on your Postcode and the date of dispatch.

Acet Product Range Continues to Grow.

We have recently added more products from the popular Acet Audio and Video Intercom Products to our web site, and at the same time increased the amount of Acet kit we hold in stock. Many orders are now dispatched for next day delivery.

If you have an Acet product that you need a spare for and you can't find it on the web site or you are not sure which one you need then please do not hesitate to get in touch. Given that the markings on the Acet products can be limited in identifying what you have it can be useful if you can take pictures of your system including the front panel and make a note if it is a two or five wire system.

PayPal Transactions

Our PayPal account should now be operating normally if you experience any problems please could you contact us.

At this time we have a problem with our PayPal account which means we are unable to accept payments in this way, however you can still pay using our main Secure Trading System or via Google Check out. We are working hard to resolve this problem and we offer our unreserved apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We can also accept payments over the phone.

ACET Price Increase

Unfortunately all Acet Intercom Prices including spares  are due to increase from the 1st April 2012.
