Unlike many other Mechanical Locks on the market which when they fail  you have to replace them,  the  Dorma - KABA - Unican - Simplex range is designed to be repaired.

We have probably the largest selection of spares in stock if you want to repair your own lock - however if not we offer a straightforward Fixed Price Fee for Inspection and Repair of the main Lock Range.

Send us your Lock and we will carry out a full inspection; we will then email or call you with a report detailing which spares your lock requires (if any).

We charge £15.00 to £20.00 plus Vat - depending on the lock for the inspection service (see below) and to carry out the repair. The Spares will be charged as per the prices listed on this site for supply only.

The only other fee payable is return P&P which is charged at cost, locks are sent out either Royal Mail 24hr Tracked or Parcelforce.

If you would like us to Repair your lock please send it to the address below, please include your name, telephone number, email, return address and the Code the lock is set to (if known).

If you decide not to go ahead with the Repair then the inspection fee will still be applicable.

Lost Code/Reset Code

If you have a Lock but don't know what code your Lock is set to it is possible to work out what the code is. You need to be fairly mechanically minded as you will need to strip it down to access the Code Chamber.
