Orders for Stock items received by 3pm Monday 23rd December will be dispatched, by Royal Mail 24hr Tracked or Signed for, given the volumes in the Mail network they may not arrive until 27th December. If you need an item urgently, please call first.Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched from 2nd January onwards.

If you purchased your keypad from us please email or fax proof of purchase (i.e. Invoice No, PayPal or Google Ref.) and we will email over a PDF.
If you did not purchase your keypad from us unfortunately given the high volume of requests we get for such, we make a small administrative charge of £2.00 to send you the instructions by email.
