The KL1500 combines all the features of the KL1000 and KL1200 plus a lot more!
This sleek-looking lock can be fitted in any orientation due to its patented keypad design. It boasts a 'real time' clock that can be programmed to automatically open after a set period of time, which is great if you are limited to the number of lockers you can fit. The lock has mutiple user codes available and can also be programmed so two codes are needed to open the lock; double-entry adds another level of security, often required in a hospital environment. For extra convenience, the keypad can also be replaced with an iButton for access control by wristband.

The locks are easy to fit, a stylish alternative to traditional keys providing a high number of operations from 2 coin cells.

How does a KL1500 operate?
Private Function
This is the most common function and used where the same code will be repeatedly used, e.g. a pupil in a school or an employee with the same locker in the workplace.

Public Function
In this function the KitLock operates with a single User Code. The guest enters a personal four-digit code twice, the second time to confirm the correct code. This locks the lock. To open the same code is entered once again and then will be erased. The lock will remain open until a new code entered.This function is used for short term, multi occupancy applications, e.g. a locker in a leisure centre or spa.

The KL1500 is supplied as standard with two cams, but will accept the majority of other cam variations that will fit onto the KL1500’s 8mm square spindle. The lock is supplied with all the necessary fixings, template and operating instructions to fit the lock to the cabinet, locker or cupboard.
