The E-Plex 2000 pushbutton pin lock can have up to 100 User Codes of between 4 & 8 Digits in length, allowing you to give different users their own codes, ideal for a multi occupancy building. The re-lock time can be adjusted from 2 to 20 seconds, if you have users who have mobility difficulty you can allow them extra time to open the Door.
Entry is via the correct code or the unit has a key override facility then with the Lever Handle, while Exit is via the Lever Handle only.
The Lock has three operating modes, Pin Access, Passage Set (i.e. Free Access, typically used when anyone is allowed through a Door at certain times of the Day ) and Lockout mode when the Keypad does not work.
All the programming is carried out using the keypad so no need for external hand held devices.
The units are non-handed, have a vandal resistant keypad and can be used on wood or metal doors.
